Whats the difference between Naruto and Naruto Shippuden?

I want to start watching Naruto, but I see this Naruto Shippuden also both of them have Episode 1's.. Which one do I start at?

Naruto Shippuden is like the second season of Naruto, it happens three years after the end of Naruto.
