Mizukage Arrival [Tenga Entry]

The hot climate didn't bother the young man, as he made his way over the shifting lava. Using a wing from his curse seal mod, gliding across the hot air to the gates was no problem at all. With the Amatsu blood running through his veins, the tough climate was hardly a problem. Taski would land at the gates and the wing would fold over his left shoulder while looking up towards the guards. Raising his hands in the air, he would show he had no weapons drawn, or any intention of causing a form of violence. His reason for being there was answers alone. Raising his voice to the guards, he would attempt to get their attention. "My name is Ourouh Taski! I am the Mizukage of Kirigakure, and I've come to speak to your current leader about the treaty created before my time in office. After recent events pertaining to both our villages, there's alot to be discussed.." The pale faced man would speak in his usual calm tone, awaiting some form of entry to the village. Or atleast a reply. His keen purple hues would be analyzing each person infront of him, just to make sure they weren't attempting to attack him right off the back..After all, he didn't know if it was truly war or not.

Description:
Dating back to his Academy Days, Taski was always labeled as a Genius. He can analyze a situation in a matter of seconds, being able to formulate plans of attack or escape at a moment's notice. This is very useful in troublesome situations where it may seem like the odds are against him. Even in the heat of battle, his mind can work 2x faster than an average shinobi, allowing him to analyze then formulate a solid plan of attack after watching his opponent's movements [jutsu, style, etc] for a post. This allows him to find a small hole in their attack or defense; even including the weakness of the jutsu. [He must have seen the jutsu/style/ etc used atleast once, and its after effect to be able to analyze and formulate its basic principles]

First Limit :: During the first limit, the seals upon the shoulders begin to glow a bright purple color and will begin to spread across the user's pectorals and neck [slightly brushing the cheek to nose]. In this state, the users blood begins to boil as their stats will be boosted across the board. With the Curse Mark reacting to the Yamata no Orochi within Taski, the boy will become more demonic. His hair falls back alittle longer, while his teeth and tongue begin to shape into that of a Snake's. With this, his body becomes cold blooded and he can sense the heat of others around him [with the use of his tongue at a range of 50ft] His chakra will be tinted purple and he will have a 20% boost in Speed and Reaction Time. Not only this, but his strength and dexterity will be raised by 20%; making him able to lift someone that weighs about 190 pounds with a single arm. To activate this the user must pay a B rank worth of chakra.

Second Limit :: After being in the first limit for atleast 3 post, the user can now choose to go further with their transformation into their more demonic form with their previous buffs remaining. In this limit the seal spreads across their entire body and their hues become slitted like that of a Hebi; at this point the user's senses are raised : now being able feel basic movement and motions around them. Their hair become more defined and can now be manipulated to stab within an opponent [B rank Damage - hard as steel] If one has Chakra Control :: Shape Manipulation has a SC, they can summon dark snakes from out of their body at will; to attack the opponent aswell [can summon up to 8 snake heads; stretch out to atleast 30 feet]. Thanks to the Amatsu's medical spec, these snakes secret a poison that can cause paralysis and death to those it bites.[More details below] Heaven Piercing Sky [specific style] Jutsu being used in this state will be performed with sleight of hands and will cost 20% less chakra than before. [ A rank jutsu will cost 26.40% :: B rank jutsu will cost 8.08% :: C rank jutsu will cost 4.80% :: D rank jutsu will cost 2.40% and E rank .40%] To activate this form, a 2x B rank will need to be leeched from the user.

Using his superb chakra control, Taski has gained better control of his curse seal, and can transform into any stage at anytime. Paying the initial cost of the stage [seen on the Mark information] this allows the Ourouh to jump from Limit 0 - Limit 3 in a matter of seconds. When in atleast stage one control, the boy can also partially transform into other stages. Such as having his wings out while still in stage one [only wings, no other perks] or summoning snakes from stage one aswell.

The Purgatory had never changed aesthetically since its inception, with its daunting black peaks that housed volcanoes which concentrated such an intense heat. Surely if they were to explode, the very world itself would be consumed by the molten liquid. The hue of the magma and the constant presence of flames created the dark red that permeated the sky. It was only when the sun decided to appear from behind the clouds of ash that the sky changed color, the deep red would dissipate and become a brilliant orange that was almost beautiful in the country so absorbed with death. Today was no different, and on queue the sky changed from red to orange in a matter of hours. Bane would be one of the few men to notice the change, having always found it the one thing he could count on. A man of violence and war, he only relied on facts, and not assumptions. He had been out and about, walking the circumference of the main village when he passed the main wall that contained the entrance gate.

The guards seemed frantic about something, and without waiting to be addressed, Bane made his way towards them. The man of Kagaseo would approach the wall, and would climb to the top of it until he could see the black plains below, instantly he could pick out the source of the guard’s distress. Bane would turn to question them, but they would already inform him without Bane having to ask. “It is a man sir…he claims to be the Mizukage.” Bane would frown for a moment, and then shrug. Bane did not rely on assumptions, and the only way to find out of this man was who he claimed was to go and see for himself. “Open the gate, I will greet our guest with the courtesy of Purgatory.” The guard would smile darkly, misinterpreting Bane’s words based on Bane’s track record. Bane would exit the gate, and would feel the rush of wind from the doors closing at his back.

The guards would watch apprehensively, some already sending word back to the Tengakage, or whoever was in charge these days. Bane would be unaffected by the heat, having lived here so long that the pain was more of a comfort. With his black robes closely about him, Bane would make it within ten feet of the traveler. Without any skepticism in his tone, he would speak.

“Welcome to Purgatory…Mizukage……what can I do for you?". Having just arrived to the scene, he did not hear the proclamations previously stated, and would have to be informed. This would cause the Mizukage to have to repeat himself, and would probably cause some sort of annoyance.

The tension emanating from Bane was palpable, and it was obvious that Bane was trying very carefully to resist the urge to act on his first and natural impulse. Bane was not a delegate, and it was his nature to attack first and ask later. However he had to remind himself that times had changed from his day, and if you were to survive you must adapt.

The boy's eyes would narrow at the man that arrived at the gates. Was this another pawn of Qilin's? Perhaps a ploy? Placing a hand on his side in a nonchalant manner, Taski would begin to speak to the man directly. "Are you the one running Tenga these days since your Kage is out ransacking villages?" The boy's tone was blunt as his keen purple hue would remained locked on the man's own. It wouldn't be apparent, but Taski was analyzing him..Every movement he made. Every word he spoke. He needed to know everything about this man to know if he were truly telling the truth, or spewing lies. Though the Aishado could do its part, Taski also knew Qilin was the leader of this village..Who knew if he put up defenses in the mind that would do nothing but annoy the Mizukage into shattering them.

Bane was neither shocked by the boy's declaration, nor was he disturbed about the bluntness of it. It was a well known fact that the men of this country often did terrible things, and despite that their country would always love them for it. It was the nature of the beast, and if a few villages got hurt, it wasn't any skin off of Bane's bones. However, he had to remind himself yet again of his place and time, and realize that it was no longer the era of hacking and slashing, that mindless killing was well past them and that everything had to have a purpose now. There apparently had to be a reason for mass genocide these days. Bane would applaud the efforts to wreak havoc, and apparently a Kage had done such a thing. It was all rather amusing, but Bane must admit that the Kage that the man was speaking of was the current leader. After all many things had occurred, and the totem pole of power has shifted. With Kuroda dead or dying, and the Empress assuming direct control, the boy could only be talking of the man formerly known as the Tengakage, Hodaka Hyuuga. However, Bane would not be sure, and as such was not inclined to answer. After all, he did not base things off of assumptions, and only relied on the facts. With this being said, Bane would simply stare, unnerved and unafraid. “I am not the leader of Purgatory, and as for the Kage, she is here. If you are referring to someone else by that title, then you could only be thinking of Hodaka Hyuuga…the man who abandoned the village and is classified as a Missing Ninja.” Bane’s eyes would glint with subdued anger, as talking was not his forte, and doing so much of it was beginning to wear on him.

"..I see. Alot has been happening recently in Tenga." Taski was obviously referring to the information given to him from the Aishado's glare. But he wouldn't make that known just yet. However it did become apparent that this man didn't know much when it came to the attack on Kiri. Perhaps it was the act of one man, and not an entire nation..Well he would see that once meeting the person in charge. "Your previous Kage had come to our village and attacked my people, and even myself. I'll have you know..me and him got into a rather escalating argument. He wanted to live..and well, I didn't agree. So we killed him." The Mizukage spoke in a clear tone for the man to understand the message he was trying to give him. "I'd like to speak to whoever is in charge. There's some intel I'd like to discuss with them about this one named..Hyuuga Hodaka. He said some interesting things before his death that I'd like to look into. For instance, the name of a village I have never heard of before."

Bane did not really care about such events, and his face would give that away instantly. Everything being said would be unheard basically, and would not affect him. The only thing that would get his interest was the notion of a new village. With a new village, there came a new opportunity to pillage and burn. Such things pleased him, and with the coming the new age, the will of the Mikaboshi would find new hosts. During the time that the boy Kage would speak, Bane would simply nod in affirmation as he turned his back towards the gate and walked towards them. Bane would motion for the boy Kage to follow, and the doors would open as Bane commanded them. Whether the boy was Kage or not did not matter to him, after all the trouble of coming here it was obvious that Taski would enter regardless. It was best to do such things under the pretense of kindness. He was also uncaring of having his back to the boy, considering the guards on the wall would signal to him if an attack was coming from behind, considering they were not that far off from the wall. As he walked towards the door he would speak in a loud and clear tone " Welcome to Hell, Mizukage, The Home of the Mikaboshi..."

A snake like grin would appear on his face, as he made his way through the large gates and into the village. There was nothing more to say. The man's usefulness was already used up the moment he opened the entrance to the village.
