Passing By [Entrance]

By all definitions, the blue-haired female was just the typical person. She chose her usual apparel for the occasion, a two-piece pitch black cloak with various holsters belted at the sides of her hips. She wore no headband despite her occupation, indicating her to be one among wanderers. And just like the most on the docks, she arrived by ferry and simply walked up to the gates among a small group of strangers to be admitted in. Before her were two elder men with shaggy gray-white hair—one had a hat, while another actually had an eye-patch. To her right and a little behind was a fatherless family; one woman carrying a toddler wrapped up in a light purple blanket, with two children of opposite sexes tugging on the woman's dress folds. That was the extent of the group, and it didn't seem like the rest found the blue-haired female bothersome despite the weapon holsters she was wearing clearly visibly. She guessed that was the results of being here in the Bloody Mist, as they called it. So once we were all in front of the gates, she assumed that they were now awaiting some village guards to grant them entrance. And no doubt that Nozomi would stick out like a thorn as the only shinobi among them. She decided it was inevitable, and would deal with it when it came.

Oh, and Nozomi was a clone.

Clone:

Name: Seishou Bunshin [Energetic Clone]

Description: This is a special clone technique created by Nozomi Uchiha which uses chakra to create a physical clone. This clone can only take a couple of physical attacks before disappearing, but has a stronger endurance than lower ranked clones. The clone itself can also utilize any technique the original ninja knows, however, the user must implement additional chakra into the clone for this ability. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Weiss would be standing at the gates, observing from the opposite side to the actual gate guard. He was acting as a defence against the wrong people entering, a shield you could have called him. Eyes watching everybody that came near, Weiss examined their movements and his senses double checked, triple checked for anything out of the ordinary. Generally, in the presence of another shinobi he would sense danger, this was due to his instincts. While surrounded by guards of Kirigakure, and multiple civilians, he was too cocky to feel threatened by any of them. However, his senses could be triggered when hearing or sighting someone of the peculiar shinobi nature. It was not that Weiss was looking for suspicious people as such, but searching his feelings toward the people he looked upon. This would indicate any possible threats to the village, allowing him to call them aside and have a private chat with them.

A group would approach the gates, moving fairly slowly but it was understandable as elderly walked amongst them. Weiss searched the group visually, listening to the various mumbles of them. Allowing them to come close, he watched as an older person would approach the gates before being allowed entrance. The second would walk toward the gate guard and begin talking, as Weiss spotted a female next in line. His left hand would raise and his index finger point toward her, his voice bellowed in a calm tone toward the girl. "You, come here and speak to me for a moment before I allow you entry." He made no effort to make it seem less suspicious, instead lowering his arm and waiting for her to approach him. He sensed something, just sensed that something was wrong about her.

Description: During times of danger, threat, peace, or any situation imaginable, Weiss has the innate talent of sensing personal danger. Whether it be an attack from behind or the ideas passing through someone's head, he is capable of picking up on the details and attempting a defense. He is also quite skilled at perceiving when someone uses Chakra, to which a crawling feeling will come over his skin, alerting him of the danger. Weiss can't always defend against these situations, he does however do his best.

The gates were opening, and the guards were coming down to formally or informally receive the small group as they would. They'd start by organizing them into a single-file line, and simply going about the basic questions asked before you were allowed entrance such as... What is your name? and Where do you come from? The Nozomi clone was looking around until it was her turn, simply sight-seeing what she could from outside the walls, and noticing the guards on and off the walls whether they tried to hide or not; the mist was no obstacle in this case. As the line was made she would become a clear sight for the guards to observe, and surely they all would notice how she stuck out like a thorn with the typical shinobi packs. One in particular the clone caught in her peripherals, and no time at all passed before he motioned for her to come.

He called out to her, however unnecessary, which drew the attentions of more guards and other passerby's. It didn't bother the clone one bit but it was at least something to note. Without difficulty, she would step out of line and walk up to the man, while taking inventory of every weapon and holster he had on him—a habit. The clothing he wore was quite modern for their time, a casual and quite stylish uniform of green. White hair peeked its way under the cap he had on, which feathered in front of eyes of coal. He looked almost aggressive for no reason at all, while the clone maintained an impassive face. Once she had stopped in front of the man, she would inquire in a curious tone, even though she knew she would be picked out from the start. "Yes, sir?"

As she would walk to Weiss, he sent his right hand into his jacket, acting as if to grab something. To which he would draw a piece of writing paper attached to a board, in order to take her details it would seem. However, he still sensed something dangerous about her, which unbenounced to him was her existence as a clone. However, these things could be tested, and would be tested before letting her in. As he pretended to prepare for writing, placing his pen upon the paper, Weiss would suddenly launch both hands toward her. He would enact the technique, Touza no Jutsu. This technique was known for its short paralysis, which had a great effect when used upon clones which weren't naturally made to endure paralysis. However, not all clones were the same, but this would definitely allow the man to measure the girl's abilities nonetheless. While it would be an act of distrust toward her, he wished to know her purpose and why his skin was crawling, which was a sign that someone was using Chakra very close by.

Believing that the attack he performed was nothing too extravagant, the man would think nothing of it, especially toward another shinobi to which he sensed danger radiating from. Weiss' facial expression wouldn't change as he looked upon the girl, examining every feature of her regardless of whether he hit her or not. This would provide him with all of the necessary information with no space for lies, while being at least ten times faster than a regular interview. It would also of course allow Weiss to almost certainly rule out the girl before him being a clone, which was always a good thing.

Name: Touza no Jutsu

Description: A close range jutsu on which the user makes an electric current pass throw the enemy, by touching the opponent with both hands. This jutsu can leave an enemy paralyzed for one post.

When the clone did stop, she was put to wait in silence as he did whatever he was required to do. She could have whistled idly it was so quiet, but for this occasion she simply stood and became patient. He reached into his jacket and pulled out a clipboard with whatever documents clipped onto it, along with a pen for which Nozomi assumed he would write stuff with. He put the tip of the writing utensil to the paper, and then his body suddenly set off the girl's alarms as he drived his arms forward. The clone observed in slow motion as he just dropped his clipboard and pen to make open palms, and then sent his hands straight toward her chest in a violent attack-like fashion. Of course the ever-present black eyes the clone had—the Onisugan, whether he recognized it or not—spotted the electrical technique that now encompassed his hands, making this dangerous. Still, with the speeds Nozomi could observe her surroundings, she would be able to react almost instantly to his push and retreat in step with him. She sent her body speeding back with a reverse lunge, her back curved so that it lead the way and was the farthest point from the man's palms.

He'd committed to a lunge, meaning he'd sacrificed continued range for a sudden burst of speed. Once he full extended his leg and arms, he would have suddenly stopped. So, Nozomi had been prepared early, lurched back out of range, and when she landed she'd be safe for the particular moment. Now the once calm woman was looking surprised and fearful, with tensed muscles and a crouched stance. She held out her palms at him as the universal gesture for 'stop', and would immediately begin speaking. "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold on, don't hurt me! What did I do?" Oh, with eyes so wide and a sudden pick up in breathing, it looked so convincing; as if she was afraid. No, she wasn't afraid, but she was surprised at it. She had no explanation for the man's actions at the moment, and she surely wanted to know. She would stay in this tensed position until she had her answers.

Description: Nozomi has probably one of the most potent minds on the face of the planet, as she can use a significant deal more of the brain than others can, and control it. Her memory is perfect, ale to keep track of her entire past down to her creation at age 16. She can make connections and notice things that others would not be able to even see, and can run several thought processes throughout her mind without impediment to any of them. One of the most useful tools of such a powerful mind is that she can process things so fast that time will actually seem to move slowly for her, allowing her split-second decisions that can turn things into her favor.

Realizing that the girl was going to move out of the way as he lunged at her, Weiss would not press the issue any further and instead whipped his hands down to catch his pen and clipboard. Swiftly moving them back to his chest height, writing down the details he had noticed of her movements. She was quick, faster than him perhaps, maybe due to some unrecognisable ability as he was very fast for an S-Rank Shinobi. Her skill was no doubt equal to his own at least, considering her reaction speed and ability to plan as he attacked, without the warning given with normal fights. "So you're an S-Rank Shinobi, with abilities possibly exceeding your physical values, you're not prepared to trust us and you've come with the obvious guise of a shinobi." Weiss said this, preparing to continue his speech as he breathed in momentarily. "So why do I get the sense that you mean me harm, or that you mean the village harm? If you have anything you're hiding, reveal it now or you won't get past these gates, and possibly may not leave this country alive." He said, serious in tone and in facial expression. Weiss was not prepared to let some outsider, nor anybody else, enter the village if they weren't going to be trustworthy enough for the privilege.

He watched the girl, her clone anyway, deciding on what his next action would be. She had an outburst earlier which would have to be answered, but maybe not in a direct fashion. Instead, Weiss would voice his opinion somehow else, but not before realizing something off topic. His skin still crawled from the use of Chakra nearby, he had noticed no techniques being used by her, increasing his suspicions of her being a clone. He would be drawn into saying it, just to observe her reaction, his brain running at a hundred kilometres per second as it felt. "So you're a clone aren't you? Where's the real you and why have you been hiding, it just furthers your chances of never entering these gates positioned behind me." Weiss threatened, his right hand's thumb would flick back at the gates as he mentioned them. Continuing to watch her and remaining aware of his surroundings, the guards would hopefully also go about their own business without interference.

Name: Immediate Decision Maker [Super Fast Thinking]

Description: Weiss is both socially and combat experienced, capable of making decisions on the fly due to his quick mentality. Even in the event that he is under pressure he is capable of thinking things through in a flash, acting upon his decisions with the same dedication as he would apply to killing a foe. In the event of entering combat and his clothing being struck Weiss is capable of realizing what's happening in time to dodge, parry or grab hold of his attacker, depending upon the situation at hand. This quick thinking also allows Weiss to adapt to a situation very quickly, whether it be the style someone uses or their tenancy to switch rhythm.

The man had to immediately relax from his attack in order to catch his things before they fell too far. Nozomi did not fall into casualness as fast, since it would not appear normal if she did. He had just initialized an attack upon her and in no place had she ever come across any similar custom. He decided that the clone was an S-Class ninja, distrustful of "them", a possible threat, and a clone. She had a brief moment of empathy for the guard, knowing how it felt to act so cocksure and vainglorious... but now it seemed most people she ran into acted like so, making it no longer special. It made her consider dropping the personality herself. The clone started to collect herself to respond, but once again noted that the man didn't look bad to her. Nozomi didn't usually have opinions whatsoever about others' looks, so it was strange enough to cause a break in her thinking.

But alas she returned to herself and responded, slowly composing herself as she talked. Still her hands were held out in front of her. "Now slow down, cowboy," she began, not meaning it in any offensive way. The word just popped out naturally "You're right on almost all accounts; I'm high-ranking, a proud shinobi, and a clone. But it's not illegal to be one of those you know... I mean you and your village no harm. I actually have no accurate idea of where the real me is but the best bet would be Tengakure. As for hiding anything..." The clone would lower her arms and withdraw the hands into the sleeves to fiddle with the concealed weapons strapped within for a while. In seconds, a plethora of kunais, senbon, and shurikens would fall out and scatter all over the ground with a rain of metal clangs. "...cloned weapons. So..." She trailed off, hinting that she was finished speaking for now.

At the words this girl spoke, basically saying she was a clone with no idea where her creator was, Weiss' interests would be peaked. Raising his head to look directly at her directly, he would grip the cap that sat neatly upon his skull and stuff it into a pocket. "A clone that doesn't know where its original is? That's absurd, but judging by what I already know, I need to make one further examination before deciding what to do, if you'll bear with me." Weiss said this before rubbing his eyes momentarily, focusing for a split second as he activated the Doujutsu he had recently learned. It would allow him to know a few things as well, whether he had been tricked into a Genjutsu was the most important one. However, it would also allow him to observe his surroundings further, looking for anybody hiding in the vicinity. After all, he had never heard of a clone that didn't need to be with its creator, such a thing was absurd.

If all was well and nobody was hiding beyond the tree line, Weiss would turn back to the clone and begin speaking again. "I'm going to have to take you with me, for further questioning. I'll have the Kage informed of your presence here, and the details I have acquired from you. There's no need to bring any weapons with you, so I'd appreciate it if you left those items on the ground, and dropped anything else you may have to be considered a weapon." Weiss spoke, his tone still reflecting seriousness, but he was also curious about this girl. He would ensure the Sharingan remained active for the duration of her presence, preventing any sneak attacks. Weiss would also keep her in his sights, stopping her from running off or sneak attacking him, he had no reason to trust her after all as she had none to trust him. The guards at the gate would have seen the girl enough to recognize her again, assuming she was attempting to trick them into letting her clone in.

Weiss decided the best place to take the girl would be The Institute of Medicine, where they could do whatever tests were required to prove the girl's story. During the time she was there, Weiss would send a letter to the Kage informing him of everything that had occurred, and every observation he had made.

Description:
This ability is only apparent to the user when he or she has at least two tomoe. The user will be able to instantly tell whether or not a genjutsu is in place, as long as the rank of genjutsu being used is equal or less than the highest rank of genjutsu the sharingan wielder can dispel with kai. This allows them to see reality even as the illusion is in place. This characteristic only applies to those who have Genjutsu as one of their specialties.

The clone would listen closely to the man as he told me how he felt about an independent clone—something he had never heard of before. She would indulge in the man's tests as long as they got her inside the village and didn't disperse her, which would make for a huge waste of Nozomi's time. She stood still and waited as he took off his hat and closed his eyes. Within a second he had opened them and had shown that he possessed one of the most legendary doujutsu in existence. She instantly recognized the red irises with the three black tomoe, a fully advanced Sharingan. She realized as he scanned her and the imaginary tree line on the docks behind her that he was trying to search for the real Nozomi that he would not find anywhere near here. After that was finished, he'd turn around and tell her to come with him for questioning, and to leave her weapons behind. Since they were not actual weapons and just clones of actual weapons, she had no issue abiding by his stipulations. With a couple deft movements of her hands, the weaponry pouches and holsters she owned would fall to the ground with dampened thuds for each, slightly metallic to let everybody know that weapons were indeed contained in such bags. She would be on alert for the probable attack from any angle, but otherwise would follow the Uchiha guardsman to wherever he took her.
